It is also ideal, due to its size, to be used for professional restaurant or hotel spaces or even in catering by enabling us to produce a large amount of food due to its 100cm width. There is the option of being wheeled and carrying a wooden handle so that it can be easily transported to the desired place.
Its unique design makes it an extremely versatile cooking appliance, the conical design of the hob has a wide, flat plate as a highly efficient grilling, cooking or spit surface and allows us to cook in a traditional healthy way because our food is not on the fire. So you can fry eggs, roast vegetables, fish or even skewer your meats by cooking them on the wood with safety and beautiful smells.
Unlike other outdoor kitchens, the Firepit - BBQ 100 requires very little cleaning and minimal maintenance. Leftovers and extra fat go directly into the fire due to the slope of the platform.
The plate is made of special steel which does not corrode if we do the proper maintenance. There is a 5 year warranty on the plate and a 3 year warranty on the outer steel. It also carries a hygiene certificate from the European BSI Institute for the use of healthy cooking and complies with European safety and hygiene rules .
